In addition to this, it may contain up to 84 different minerals.

Recommended Usage

As a dietary supplement we recommend taking two capsule per day (1000 mg), with or without food. While this dosage can be exceeded safely we don’t recommend taking more than four capsules (2000 mg) per day.
